1) Product scope (Indicator only)

Definition

NetsGain provides a private charting indicator for TradingView. The indicator displays market information and visual tools to support your own analysis.

NetsGain does not provide investment advice, trading advice, trade copying, portfolio management, or automated trade execution. You are solely responsible for all decisions and outcomes.

2) Risk disclosure

High risk

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Losses may exceed your initial deposit in leveraged products.

Past performance, screenshots, examples, backtests, or demonstrations do not guarantee future results. The indicator may generate false, late, or misleading outputs depending on market conditions.

You understand and agree that you use the indicator at your own risk and you are responsible for verifying signals, managing position sizing, and applying risk management.

3) No guarantees

No promises

We do not guarantee profitability, accuracy, uptime, or performance. The indicator is provided “as is” and may be changed, updated, paused, or discontinued at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetsGain is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the indicator.

If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the most recent billing period (or, for lifetime access, the amount paid for lifetime access).

7) Privacy summary

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to deliver access and support (typically your TradingView username and email if provided at checkout). We may also process basic technical logs (IP, user-agent) for security and abuse prevention.

Payments are processed by PayPal/Whop, and they may process personal and billing information according to their policies. We do not sell personal data.

8) Governing law

Legal

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
